Onto Step 4

Step 1. Get rid of cysts - CHECK
Step 2. Do IUI - CHECK
Step 3. Get a BFP at 2 weeks - CHECK

Step 4. Get the all-clear at 6-week viability scan
Step 5. Get through week 8 without a big bleed
Step 6. Get into second trimester without incident
Step 7. Dig out that box of birthing-&-babycare books
Step 8. Have transcendent, wondrous birth experience. OR have startlingly crappy birth experience. I don't really care as long as we get to ...
Step 9. Bring home a healthy little glowworm
Step 10. Raise glowworm to be kind, wise, and funny as hell
